TRAINING

Training with T.A.P. :

T.A.P. will seek to provide training on a broad range of topics ranging from shooting through first aid. Training will be available to anyone (age 18 years or older unless accompanied by parent or guardian), but members will receive first availability. Each course will be conducted by a trained and certified person through the direction and guidance of T.A.P.

There will be 4 levels of certification that will correlate with a colored patch to easily identify each person with their level of proficiency. The goal is to quickly and easily provide the training instructor a visual reference to the proficiency of each student.

RED = This person has no previous training or experience and is to be closely monitored.

YELLOW = This person has mastered the basic fundamentals but still requires some additional instruction.

GREEN = This person is proficient and requires minimal guidance.

BLUE = This person in highly skilled and may offer assistance in training other students.
